Act I scene 1
Which ne'er shook hands, nor bade farewell to him,
Till he unseam'd him from the nave to the chaps,
And fix'd his head upon our battlements.
this scene is when a soldier from the battlefield reports the facts of Macbeth's exploit when he cuted the enemies head and suspended it upon the battlements.
"Hand" in that case represents the determination about his fight against the English, that he never hesitated to cut their head off for Scotland.
Act I scene 3
 The weird sisters, hand in hand,

this is the scene where the 3 witches talk to Macbeth about his future.
hand is more representative of united that the witches don't do anything without each other
Act I scene 5
Your hand, your tongue: look like the innocent flower,
But be the serpent under't.
this is Lady Macbeth talking to Macbeth about killing Duncan.
"hand" represents the lies Macbeth is about to tell everyone and the murders he is about to commit.
Act II scene 1

Is this a dagger which I see before me,
The handle toward my hand? Come, let me clutch thee.
this is Macbeth hallucinating and he sees a dagger floating in front of him and waiting to be grabbed.
Act II scene 1

So brainsickly of things. Go get some water,
And wash this filthy witness from your hand.
Lady Macbeth is telling Macbeth to go get a rest and to wash his hands because she thinks that he is going crazy.
Act II scene 2

Will all great Neptune's ocean wash this blood
Clean from my hand? No, this my hand will rather
The multitudinous seas in incarnadine,
Making the green one red
Macbeth starts to fell some remorse about all the crimes that he did
Act II scene 2

My hands are of your colour; but I shame
To wear a heart so white.
Lady Macbeth is confessing about her complicity into this murder and treating Macbeth
Act III scene 2

And with thy bloody and invisible hand
Cancel and tear to pieces that great bond
Which keeps me pale
Macbeth is thinking of killing Macduff's son and wife because the witches told him to beware the thane of Fife
that is Macduff but he left Scotland and went to England.
Act III scene 4
 Strange things I have in head, that will to hand;
Which must be acted ere they may be scann'd
Macbeth is thinking that nobody can kill him because the witches told him that no woman born shall harm Macbeth
Act IV scene 1

The firstlings of my hand. And even now,
To crown my thoughts with acts, be it thought and done:
The castle of Macduff I will surprise
Macbeth is planning to sent someone to go kill Macduff's family
Act IV scene 3

There would be hands uplifted in my right;
And here from gracious England have I offer
Of goodly thousands: but, for all this,
When I shall tread upon the tyrant's head
Malcolm is explaining to Macduff his plan to take over Scotland and kill its tyrant
Act IV scene 3
Ay, sir; there are a crew of wretched souls
That stay his cure: their malady convinces
The great assay of art; but at his touch--
Such sanctity hath heaven given his hand--
They presently amend.
the doctor is explaining Macbeth that Lady Macbeth's sleepwalking can only heal by itself and cannot be cured.
Act V scene 1
What is it she does now? Look, how she rubs her hands.
the doctor sees Lady Macbeth sleepwalking and washing her hands from the blood she sees on it.
Act V scene 1
What, will these hands ne'er be clean?
Lady Macbeth always sees blood on her hands and it won't ever be clean again.
Act V scene 1

Wash your hands, put on your nightgown; look not so
pale.--I tell you yet again, Banquo's buried; he
cannot come out on's grave.
Lady Macbeth is still going crazy about the blood on her hands
